Organizing Conference Registration Form

Come to Minnesota, February 9-10, 2008, to help plan the September 1 March on the RNC. Activists from all endorsing organizations are welcome. Submit this registration form so we can accommodate everyone!

NOTE: The registration fee of $20 will be collected on Saturday morning, however, no one will be turned away. ($10 low-income, no one turned away for lack of funds.) The fee can be adjusted if you are registering with a large group. The registration fee simply helps us cover the cost of the event.

Please enter more details if you are requesting or offering housing. If you need housing, for which night? Are you flexible, or do you have special housing needs? If you can host, how many people and what kind of space do you have to offer (couches, beds, floor space)?

If your organization has not already endorsed the march on September 1, 2008, we ask that you do so, in order to attend the organizing conference.

Small group session proposals
Participants are invited to lead small group sessions, as space and time allow. If you would like to hold a small group session, please indicate that below
Please list individuals who would be involved as presenters or facilitators for small group sessions.
Give a brief description of what you would like to do during the small groups session you are proposing.
Please indicate in language, disability or other accessibility concerns that you need conference organizers to be aware of.
